I have studied Finnish for 10 years, but I don't dare to talk.
Mä on opiskellut suomea kohta 10 vuotta, mutta en uskalla puhuha.

Or if you want to write it down somewhere, you could be wanting to use written Finnish (kirjakieli): Minä olen opiskellut suomea kohta 10 vuotta, mutta en uskalla puhua.

In typical spoken/informal Finnish: Mä oon (with long o).
Also: puhua (without second h).
Otherwise correct!
